This Defaulters Policy explains what qualifies as default, its consequences, and how defaults affect payouts, privileges, and participation.
1. Who Is a Defaulter? β
- Fails to make scheduled contributions on or before the agreed date
- Consistently pays later than agreed timelines
- Fails to complete required contributions before payout dates
- Receives an early payout and then stops contributing (EliteCircle only)
- Attempts to evade payment obligations or disrupt group savings
2. Types of Default π
Mild Default (Occasional / One-Off)
Description: Missing one contribution but settling quickly.
Effect: No penalties if resolved immediately.
Action: Member receives a reminder and must settle dues before the next cycle.
Moderate Default (Repeated but Recoverable)
Description: Missing two or more consecutive contributions within a short period.
Effect: Temporary suspension from early payout eligibility and possible removal from premium privileges.
Action: Member must pay all outstanding balances to regain full privileges.
Severe Default (Habitual / High Risk)
Description: Consistently missing contributions across multiple cycles.
Effect: Permanent loss of early payout privileges, suspension/termination, possible blacklisting.
Action: Written notice + possible permanent account deactivation.
Payout Breach Default (EliteCircle Only) π¨
Effect: Immediate suspension, permanent loss of early payout privileges, blacklisting, public tagging, legal actions.
Action: Formal warning β group notified β structured recovery steps β legal recovery if necessary.
3. Impact on Payouts π°
- EliteCircle: Delayed payouts until contributions are up-to-date; blacklisting if default occurs post-payout.
- EliteFlex: Payouts adjusted based on actual contributions made.
4. Early Payout Slot Privileges π
- Save for at least 12 months
- Maintain 100% contribution consistency
- Zero outstanding balances
- New members are NOT entitled to early payout slots
- Defaulting members lose early-slot privileges automatically
5. Penalties for Default β οΈ
- Mild Default: Reminder + settle dues immediately
- Moderate Default: Loss of early-slot privileges; pay all pending contributions
- Severe Default: Account suspension or termination; written warning + group removal
- Payout Breach: Blacklist + possible legal recovery; suspension + enforcement
6. How to Avoid Default β
- Join a plan that matches your income capacity
- Set up auto-transfers for contributions
- Use ELITESAVERS automated reminders (WhatsApp, SMS, email)
- Notify support immediately if delays are foreseen
7. Support for Members π€
- Contact ELITESAVERS immediately if you anticipate a delay
- Temporary adjustments may be considered for genuine cases
- Extreme situations: payment rescheduling possible (subject to approval)

- You commit to contributing on schedule
- EliteCircle payout abuse leads to blacklisting and possible legal actions
